# How can you trust God with your calling?

While Jesus gave us our two main directives in life already (love God, love people; see Matthew 22:37–40), God _does_ give us specific callings for our individual lives.

Rather than having a singular thing God wants us to do, most commonly, we’re going to do a _lot_ of things throughout the course of our lives. We’ll have _many_ callings, though we may not know what they are until they’re right in front of us.

### ❓ **How can we learn to trust in God’s timing when it comes to our various callings in our lives? How can we be patient as we wait on Him?**
